Groovin' in the Moo promoter Stephen Halpin said he was very happy that the line-up had been received so positively.
"I think it's a very good line up, a couple of big international names, some good Aussie acts and some really good up and comers. I think it's a really exciting, fresh, fun line-up," he said.
He said the festival had become an event which artists expressed an interest in playing.
"Events like this appeal to bands that want to do something different, go to different areas and play to a different crowd," he said.
The regional touring music festival has been running since 2005, making this its ninth annual festival and their fifth in Canberra.
It'll be its largest yet with the addition of a sixth tour date in the South Australian town of Oakbank.
The news was well-received by social media, with music fans describing it as the best line-up ever.
